Having spent the last 26 Years in hiding due to the enemies of the Hutt's, Rotta is now the head honcho on Tatooine... During those years, he watched as his father turned a blind eye to the issues of the planet... With his planned revisions to the planet's infrastructure already underway, and able to communicate in Broken Basic, Rotta is looking to reshape Tatooine with the help of some of his Father's old Enforcers...
