Synopsis

Around thirty-two years before the events of Star Wars: A New Hope, two Jedi Knights, Qui-Gon Jinn and his Padawan, escape a hostile blockade to find allies and stop the Queen of the planet Naboo, Padme Amidala, from signing a peace treaty doomed to let The Confederacy of Independent Systems control Naboo. However, when they crash-land on Tatooine, Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan come across a young boy named Anakin Skywalker, a Force-sensitive child with a Midichlorian count higher than any Jedi in The Jedi Order, even Grand Master Yoda himself, making him a perfect candidate for someone that may bring balance to the Force...

Description of Darth Maul:

Shortly before Master Qui-Gon Jinn and his allies left Tatooine, Jinn confronted a Zabrak in dark robes that wielded a red-bladed Lightsaber and came to the conclusion that the Sith had finally returned after a thousand years. Qui-Gon would later fall by the hands of this assassin, but little would he and so many others know that the now Chancellor Palpatine was a Dark Lord of the Sith that was hiding right under their noses...
