Synopsis

(*This is fan-casting for a fan-fic project I am working on called the 'New Canon Initiative'. It completely rewrites the Star Wars saga with only the original trilogy counting as canon. Everything else is to be rewritten). This is a story which sets up the post-ROTJ canon in the Star Wars New Canon Initiative. It focuses on the final battle against the Empire, the rise of the Galactic Alliance, and the beginning stages of the New Jedi Order. It also introduces the Knights of Sith, a group of darkside users who were manipulated by the Emperor, both before and after his death.

Description of Mara Jade:

The daughter of Imperial Officer Camdan Jade, Mara was raised within the confines of the Empire. When Emperor Palpatine was killed by Darth Vader, his spirit began to visit young individuals who showed potential to be strong in the force, one of which being young Mara Jade. He recruited her into his new Knights of Sith, an order meant to bring forth the Sith Empire he was so close to attaining. While she fought alongside the Emperor and Darth Maul for quite some time, she was eventually won over by Luke Skywalker, and became a Jedi Knight.
