The Specter is The Wraith's apprentice and is far more aggressive in his pursuit of power. Obsessed with the idea of breaking the old cycles of the Jedi and Sith, he is more reckless and driven by the need for domination. His ability to mask his presence in the Force makes him an elusive figure, and his ultimate goal is to surpass The Wraith in power. He believes the only way to bring order to the galaxy is through absolute control. As the story unfolds, The Specter presents a growing threat to Rey’s efforts to rebuild the Jedi.
