A mysterious girl who first appears in Episode 15. She is known to the public as the space idol, Mao. However she is in reality the elusive Phantom Thief, Blue Cat. She is also aware of the identities of the Pretty Cures. She eventually befriends the other girls and becomes the fifth Cure, Cure Cosmo. Originally voiced by Sumire Uesaka.
