In 2398, Deep Space Nine comes under attack by the Aridaginatans, a hostile race of descendants of the Dazzlings. This required the assistance of the USS Sunset Shimmer, who swiftly saved DS9 from destruction. But then the Aridaginatans time traveled 384 years into the past towards Earth.
