A house investor and his family walk in to a small haunted house due to it's unreasonably highest price. Who they find is a crazy old man who despite being past due on rent payments warns the family never to go in the basement. Soon enough they do end up in the basement, where it is an ancient spaceship from long years past. Portals activate and out comes Aliens, Predator, Pumpkinhead, The Terminator, the dinosaurs from Jurassic Park, and other creatures designed by Stan Winston fighting to the death.
