Stephanie Brown is the daughter of Arthur Brown, aka "Cluemaster", a lesser known but still dangerous villain who is determined to make a name for himself in Gotham City. Stephanie has her own dreams of becoming a hero to her city, she finally gets that opportunity when her father devises a plan, with his own team of villains, to kill the Batman.
