The first wife to Leonard Nimoy. An actress herself, she met Leonard in a play they performed together in Boston. Sandra was a loving an supportive wife to Leonard, and she discouraged him from giving up acting when he felt it was hopless. She encouraged him to be less conservative in his dress and truly adored him. After a devastating miscarriage, she remained the loving mother to their two children, and bore up to the sometimes scary scrutiny of fans who worshiped her husband as an icon and sex symbol. Sadly, she and Leonard grew apart. She was devastated by their divorce, but would forever be reminded that she had been "Spock's wife" for the rest of her all too short life.
