Dr Connors begins experimenting with Lizard DNA then due to his deformity wanted to test with himself. He becomes rhe Lizard and puts his family in danger and the students. Peter spends the time tracking down Curt as The Lizard and fixing him. Meanwhile in the Sahara Desert a prolific hunter learns of Spiderman and plans to make his way to New York for his ultimate last hunt.
