Peter Parker is in his last year at high school, and his relationship with Mary Jane is not as he wanted it to be, in the meantime Peter meets a new girl named Gwen Stacy, and to make matters worse the city turns into chaos full of villains from the Sinister Six, commanded by Otto Octavius that Parker believed to be a "friend". Peter will now have to decide between trying to fix his relationship with Mary Jane or being the Friend of the Neighborhood.
