Peter Parker's teacher and friend of Curt Connors. He secretly connives with Osborn to turn Curt into a lizard and thus take his job, joining the group of villains. In the Halloween-themed first part of Season 4, he adopts the identity of the Jackal, using Curt's lab to create genetic monsters. In the last season he recreates the radioactive spider that gave Peter his powers.
