He was a journalist for the Daily Bugle, but after he was fired because of Peter and because of Spiderman his girlfriend died in an attack, he earned a great grudge against these two, but by making symbiosis with an alien parasite that was released from Peter, discovered his identity as Spider-Man, swearing to want to destroy him. During the second season he plays the central antagonist and then is imprisoned in "The Raft", during the Halloween season, he would escape and create a comeback arc to become a new hero.
