After creating the Oz Formula, in order to recreated the supersoldier serum that create Captain America, Norman Osborn mutated into a huge, rage-fuelled, maniacal, primitive-minded creature known as the ultimate Green Goblin. Being responsible to kill his own son, Norman is a man with a twisted hunger for power and now that he have it, he is more dangerous than ever before.
