Description of Madoka Kaname (Boss then ally, Time of destruction mode, playable, Beacon of hope mode):
In time of destruction, Spider-Man teams up with Wolverine when he smelled Madoka and assumed she's like the other girls Kyubey has contracted with, and she told them she wanted to stop Kyubey from turning Magical girls into witches, in Beacon of Hope, Madoka panics that she won't be able to save those magical girls then intervenes and gets on the superheroes' bad side.
