A Marvel What If Story...
When the Kingpin and Tombstone start working with Samuel Sterns who survived the last war to bring back Intelligencia it's up to Daredevil and his Defenders to stop this. Meanwhile Spider-Man who is now back to the way he was before the symbiote is trying to investigate why Kingpin has been sighted talking to Tombstone. Both the Defenders and Spider-Man eventually cross paths and start working together to go undercover and stop Intelligencia from rising up again.
