Norman Osborn hires mercenary Sergei Kravinoff to capture Spider-Man and use his blood and DNA to create a serum called Green Globulin in order to cure his wife's illness, which will eventually pass to their son, Harry. Meanwhile, Peter catches an alien symbiote from another dimension known as Venom. Peter will take on a brutal fight against Kraven, who will become obsessed with hunting down the spider hero!
