After putting Mysterio in prison, Spider-Man is back on track. He attends the science expo where two scientists, Otto Octavius and Michael Morbius, Show off their latest experiments, but things go horribly awry when a bomb explodes and bonds Octavius with his mechanical arms and turns Morbius into a pseudo-Vampire. Norman Osborn, who funded the expo convinces the two that Spider-Man was responsible and the three fight in an attempt to bring the Spider down
