Peter Parker’s wife Mary Jane Watson-Parker is pregnant and is about to give birth to their unborn child. Things become hard when Eddie Brock reunites with the symbiote to become Venom once more. Cletus Kasady, a serial killer once put away in jail by Spider-Man in the past, is bonded with another symbiote and becomes the psychotic killer Carnage. They team up with Baron Mordo to bring Dormammu to Earth. Spider-Man & the Web-Warriors must protect Mary Jane from the symbiotes as Venom still remembers Peter Parker is Spider-Man. They team up with Iron Man, Dr. Strange, Wong, & Clea to keep Dormammu from coming to Earth. They meet a girl with spider-powers like theirs, and they have to deal with a woman who is targeting Venom & Carnage and plans to kill them by any means necessary. But Venom seems to have changed and might not be as evil as before. (52nd film in the Marvel Animated Cinematic Universe).
