Synopsis

Norman Osborn is introduced. There is no particular big bad this season, instead Peter will learn more about himself, his abilities and the true meaning of responsibility, all while fighting no-do gooders. We dive deeper into Peter's social life this season and more going forward. Spider-Man will confront the Enforcers. J Jonah Jameson will hire crook Mac Gargon as an assassin to take on Spider-Man, he pays for him to be experimented on and is soon turned into the hideous and villainous Scorpion. (Mac Gargon aka Scorpion debut) Captain George Stacy dies in this season. Final episodes tease the coming of the Green Goblin (Norman Osborn's head scientist, Dr. Mendel Stromm at his Company Oscorp has developed 'Globulin Green,' a serum that enhances agility, strength and power for Norman).
