Former head of Roxxon's subsidiary, Cybertek Systems Inc., Alistair is a man out for revenge. The company sacked his father, leaving both of them to live in poverty until his untimely death. Now, the ingenious Smythe has teamed up with the Tinkerer to dismantle Roxxon one bloody brick at a time with a team of robotic assassins. And if Spider-Man gets in their way... well, he would have been on their list eventually. But with the Tinkerer questioning her resolve since that Morbius incident, he may have to cut her loose.
