After Parker is poisoned by the Scorpion's stinger, the Hulk drops in and rescues Spidey as he was getting delirious. In Banner's regular body, he creates an antidote just in time. Banner tells Spider-Man that the Scorpion's venom has a rare element that is VERY deadly. It could even kill someone twice as strong as Spidey.
