In prison, Adrian Toomes turned down Gargan's request to form a team and kill Spider-Man. He is one of the millions of people that forgot all about Peter Parker because Dr Strange's spell. But still, he seems to grow fond of Spidey. In the climactic battle, after paying his debt to society, he gets his old Vulture armor and decides to give Spidey a helping hand.
