Synopsis

Following the events of Home Away From Home, Peter Parker continues his studies at Empire State University where he befriends Angelica Jones and Bobby Drake. Getting in the way is Peter's double life as Spider-Man and new villain calling himself Venom. However, Peter will soon learn that that he's not the only one with a secret.

Description of Mac Gargan (Venom):

A criminal once sent to jail by Spider-Man and formerly known as the Scorpion. During the events of Home Away From Home, Mac Gargan bonded with the Venom symbiote which had just been abandoned by Peter Parker. Because of their shared hatred for Peter they now wish to destroy him as Venom.
