Remake.
Following the Battle of New York, Adrian Toomes and his salvage company are hired to clean up the city, but their operation is taken over by the Department of Damage Control, a partnership between Tony Stark and the American government. Enraged at losing his job, Toomes persuades his employees to keep the Chitauri technology they have already collected and use it to create and sell advanced weapons, including a wing-like harness with metallic claws called the Vulture. 4 years later, Peter Parker is recruited into the Avengers by Stark to help with an internal dispute, but continues his studies at the Midtown School of Science and Technology when Stark tells him that he is not ready to be a full Avenger yet.
