Description of Hammerhead (Joseph Harrow Lorenzini):

Hammerhead is a rival mafia gang leader of Kingpin, a bit clumsy and very violent. After an accident that made him lose half of his skull, he decided to replace it with compensated titanium, using the brain of his head as a weapon most of the time to charge his enemies.
