Peter Parker is now in his 11th year as Spider-Man. He is now married to Mary Jane Watson, and they live comfortably. However, Peter's best friend Harry is in a coma caused by Peter taking the symbiote away from him. The Green Goblin has returned after being presumed dead, the same villain that killed Peter's girlfriend, Gwen Stacy. Peter now has to face a demon from his past who is seeking revenge for his son. The Goblin has hired the Chamelon to destroy Peter's life while he destroys Spider-Man.
