More cynical than other adaptations of Peter. He believes in bringing justice to the citizens of New York and is generally virtuous but is resentful towards the idea of crime because of losing Uncle Ben. He wants to help and support Aunt May as much as he can, giving her most of his paychecks he receives from the Bugle. He trusts his girlfriend Gwen to know and be involved in his superhero dealings, but that's more her choice than his, Peter constantly worrying about her.
