As a new member of the Avengers, Peter must adjust to becoming one of Earth's Mightiest Heroes while tackling crime. One of Peter's old teachers, Curt Connors, begins to create a cure to his missing arm. But when it makes him into a monster, Peter has to fight another friend-turned-enemy.
