Peter graduates Empire State with top grades and finishes top of his class. Peter and Gwen move in together. Peter helps Gwen deal with the loss of her father after Sin Eater killed him. Wilson Fisk starts a full scale crime war and hostile takeover targeting Norman Osborn as Fisk views him as vulnerable because of his son’s overdose. This causes Spider-Man to intervene. He looks for dirt on Fisk on his own his police connections destroyed and the whole city viewing him as a criminal. Fisk frames Spider-Man for the murder of Captain Stacy and becomes mayor of New York meaning he is untouchable. Peter meets Mary Jane Gwen’s old friend and Aunt Mays next door neighbour.
