When left-for-dead mercenary Marc Spector is visited by the spirit of the Egyptain moon god Khonshu, he is given mystical powers that he uses to fight crime under the name of the Moon Knight. This gains the attention of Spider-Man, who seeks to help Marc face his inner demons. However, when the Hobgoblin returns, seeking revenge on the webbed protector of New York, Spider-Man and Moon Knight must team up to take him down once and for all.
