Peter Parker and M.J. finally feel peace after Loki's defeat, but trouble looms for the superhero and his wife. Peter's former professor Curtis Connors accidently turns himself into a giant lizard after an experiment gone wrong. Peter must find a way to defeat The Lizard. As if things weren't bad enough, an enraged unemployed Adrian Toomes decides to hunt down Spider-Man as The Vulture.
