William Lewis Salyers (born August 16, 1964) is an American actor and voice actor. He is best known for his vocal performances, such as Rigby in the Cartoon Network animated series, Regular Show, Reverend Putty in Moral Orel, and Otto Octavius / Doctor Octopus in the video game Spider-Man.
