Meanwhile, Oscorp, led by Norman Osborn, is secretly developing dangerous technologies. Osborn, seeking greater power, transforms himself into the Green Goblin, becoming a major threat to the city. At the same time, a botched Oscorp experiment unleashes the Vulture, a seasoned villain who tests Peter both physically and mentally.
