After covert operative Al Simmons is double crossed and killed by his boss Jason Wynn, he wakes up in Hell. He’s offered a deal by the Devil, he can return to life if he enacts judgement on people. However he’s a grotesque version of his former self, and armed with new demon abilities. He goes against the Devil’s wishes by using his powers for good.
