Soulless Dead as part of the prequel of the Conjuring Universe will take place in the late 1960s tropical island nation of Haiti under a brutal dictatorship of a voodoo tyrant François ''Papa Doc'' Duvalier and the secret police The Tonton Macoutes where evil spread among many Haitians especially an African American protagonist like Hakeem Lambert who was the main victim of Duvalier's drug used by black magic practitioners to turn people into zombies and to help many of Hakeem's people escape to the U.S. at the beginning of 1970s. read more
