Dolos is a former college "friend" of William Nekton who works at the floating market. The Nektons sometimes use him as a translator for ancient symbols (though they don't trust him). Dolos often bribes them for money. He is also an associate of Hammerhead. He even worked with Devil Daniels in "The Unicorn" and "The Lead".
