Marcus Brody is a British academic and curator who has known Indiana Jones since Jones was a child. Marcus was friends with Indiana's father, Henry Jones, Sr., and served as a surrogate father-like figure to him, as Indiana did not get along well with his own father. He was played by Denholm Elliott.
