Chloe Sullivan is a fictional character created by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, for the TV show Smallville. Sullivan was portrayed by Allison Mack. Chloe is Clark Kent's best friend, and sometimes they were something more than friends, but she ended marrying Oliver Queen (a.k.a. Green Arrow), and had a son with him.
