Police Constable (PC) Anne Cuffs (voiced by Tameka Empson in the TV series) is a character from the British children's book series and animated TV series "Claude". She is a firm but fair and hardworking police officer who keeps an eye on the town of Pawhaven and deals with Barry Rascal when he causes trouble. Her name is a pun on "handcuffs".
