Skyla (Japanese: フウロ Huuro[4]) is a cargo pilot who is the Gym Leader of Mistralton City's Gym, known officially as the Mistralton Gym. She specializes in Flying-type Pokémon. She gives the Jet Badge to Trainers who defeat her.
