Description of School Uniforms are the New Black:

Schools that require their students to wear uniforms are a common sight around the world. Given that Changing Clothes Is a Free Action doesn't apply in Real Life, it's not surprising to see students lounging around malls and shopping centers wearing them, as it shows that they just got out of school. However, there are certain characters out there who, even on their days off, will still choose to forgo their chance to wear casual clothes and instead wear their standard school clothes.
