Description of Last Moment Together:

Something has happened, and one of them is dying. It could be a terminal illness, a fatal injury, or just the end of a very, very long life, but one person in this equation of life has to check out now, and it's not likely that they're going to be Together in Death in the literal sense. In some rare instances, the two characters will be parted without dying, but with the knowledge that no matter what happens, they can never see one another again.
