Mrs. Ephigenia Brinks is a fictional character and the secondary antagonist of the animated cut-out series Angela Anaconda. She’s the homeroom teacher and another enemy of the eponymous titular character. She is an eccentric old woman who is a dedicated third-grade schoolteacher at Tapwater Springs Elementary School, but in truth, is easily manipulated and plays favorites due to her being wrapped around the finger of her teacher's pet, Nannette Manoir. Mrs. Brinks is biased against Angela, whom she sees as nothing but a bizarre, troublemaking, and wayward little girl all the while is constantly punishing her for no reason without a care in the world (even if she didn't break any school rules or didn't do anything wrong either) via Nannette's manipulations and lies. She used to be in a loving relationship with her husband, Conrad until Nannette came into their lives, whom he sees as nothing but trouble.
