Compare Subordinate Excuse, which is similar, but without the slavery. If the masters are vampires, the willing subordinates are often Vampire Vannabes. This may also occur if a couple takes Property of Love to its logical extreme. For some people in BDSM relationships, "enslavement" can be a Casual Kink, which presumably makes them happy to participate in or at least fantasize about.
