Meanwhile Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo were night patrolling, Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Ben, Gwen and Kevin got in their city by accident and then the Turtles started fighting Team Sonic and Ben in his alien forms. After they find out their the good guys they start talking and become friends and after sometime when the bad guys pop out they start collaborating and fighting the bad guys.
