Synopsis

Sonic, his family, and his friends (including their former enemy Shadow) are celebrating Mobius' freedom and Eggman's army is no more. He is now down to nothing but just three robots to boss around (Shadow destroyed the rest). But a new threat emerges. In a dark future where everything was destroyed by the fire beast Iblis, the mysterious Mephiles the Dark has ordered two super-powered Mobians named Silver and Blaze, to go and destroy Sonic. They were duped into trying to kill Sonic while Mephiles waits for his perfect vision of Mobius to come. But halfway through, Silver and Blaze realize this and team up with Sonic and his team to defeat Mephiles, who now plans to destroy Mobius with his surprising pet Iblis, who has been locked away in an ancient cage sealed for thousands of years! Mephiles will unleash Iblis' wrath and his own upon Mobius and its people. With Eggman still around and Mephiles into the mix, can Sonic save Mobius from Mephiles and his creature? Or is the entire planet doomed?

Description of Silver:

Silver, unlike Sonic and Shadow, had no family to grow up with. All he remembers was a barren land to call home. All he ever knew was Blaze. But when Mephiles tells them who might have caused their future to be like this: Sonic. Silver grew furious and believed the mysterious Mephiles. thinking Sonic is the destroyer of his world. But when he figured out that it was Mephiles who was the real destroyer, he begged for forgiveness, which the Freedom Fighters gave immediately. Now Silver has the chance to both make it right to Sonic and save the future of Mobius before Mephiles can unleash his wrath!
