Fan Casting Rough The Skunk in Sonic The Hedgehog: The Blue Blur

A hoodlum and mercenary, Rough and his brother Tumble were former overlords that ruled over Barricade Town during the Eggman Empire's reign. After being beaten by Sonic, the duo have become goons for Eggman to use in order to get their revenge. Somewhat of a dimwit, he is not a major threat to Sonic or his friends and are more akin to bullies or pests than actual villains. He and his brother have an appreciation for theatrics, always brainstorming variations of their unique catchphrase and being deeply offended at critics or imitations of their catchphrase.
