The weapons expert of the Hard Boiled Heavies, Heavy Gunner was designed after a police officer. Gunner takes more after the trigger-happy and power-hungry oppressor type of police officer rather than the type who wants to protect the people. He is spontaneous, unpredictable, and erratic and enjoys blowing things up and zooming around with his jetpack and helicopter while cackling the whole time.
