Dr. Ivo Kintobor, later known by his aliases ‘Dr. Robotnik’ and ‘Eggman', is a scientist hailing from another world, a planet known as The Overlands. He has invaded Mobius with his army of robots known by the locals as 'Badniks' in order to conquer the planet and establish a galactic empire. A ruthless, narcissistic, and power-hungry tyrant with a hatred of nature, Eggman would terrorize Mobius with his army, but his sloppy nature, childish attitude, and bumbling tendencies would always get the better of him. While initially seen as a joke by Sonic and his friends, his plans for world domination would gradually become more and more destructive and dangerous.
